22 and pregnant

The past year, I have seen people my age are getting pregnant. Is it too early?

I am spending my summer holiday in my home town In Norway. It is a little town and nothing is private here. In those past months I have seen on Facebook that girls my age are pregnant. Don’t get me wrong, I love children and I want one (or even two) in the future, but at this very moment I still look at myself as a child who can barely take care of myself. And in this post I will use some examples of teenage pregnancy ( it doesn’t include a particular person, just my opinion  and my honesty.)
I have always looked at the child as a hard job, not just fun and games. They need your attention, and your love, not to forget everything from diapers to a comfortable bed. And how can you give that child what he/she needs without any money, or the job that will give you a paycheck monthly? And not to forget young parents who are not done partying? I have seen a couple of young parents that gives a child to the grandparents to go out and have fun. But what is the point of that?

Think before you do. It is your child and your responsibility, not your parents. To have a child is work. Once the child is out, your life is never going to be the same. Being a young parent is not just a label, that you can remove later. You don’t need to be rich to have a child, but you have to make sure you will be able to provide for your baby. You have to make sure you will have the time and love that is needed.

And if you all young moms are ready for it, I am roothing for you!
What do you think is a proper age to have a child?

Time passed

I haven’t blogged in a while now, and the reason is because I have been too busy this year. In September 2015 I moved to London to start a new adventure. It took time for me to get used to my new life. At first I was scared shitless, but then I after I while it started feeling more and more like home. I met other students from other countries and cultures. When I realised that everybody was in the “same boat” as me, I started feeling more comfortable. I started communicating with people, asking for phone numbers and Facebook contacts. So I ended up with tons of friends! ( thank you! )

My first year of University is over, and I am waiting for chapter two, and I hope you will join me on this chapter.

I will be posting things I do, things that happens to me, and most importantly I will be writing my thoughts, through hard and happy times, and hopefully  most of you will be able to relate to my thoughts!
New year, new blog!
